Renabond the Ready to use adhesive can be used just by adding water at the prescribed ratio.
Cleaning the Renacon AAC block
Before laying the AAC block, the side layers of the block should be made wet with soft sponge.
Laying the first line
The first line of AAC block need to be done by conventional method for better result.
From second layer
After the laying the first level, from second layer renabond should be applied both horizontally and vertically with special trowel with 2-3 mm thickness.
General note
After laying AAC block for 4 feet , it is recommended to do sill concrete for every 4 feet to get best bonding, strength and avoid cracks in future.

Application Methodology
Area of application
The application area should be free from oil, grease, silt and any other dust particles. Before applying the Renaplast the surface of the wall should be made wet with soft sponge.
Mixing of Renaplast
Now take a dust-free container filled with 9-11 litres of clean water and mix one bag of Renaplast ready mix plaster.
Better result
To get better material mix instead of going for hand mix , suggested using a mechanical vibrator for even mixing level.
Usage method & pot time
Use the paste one hour from the time of mixing by pasting the Renaplast on the surface horizontally and vertically. Then use the leveling mallet to bring an even surface on the wall.
Process of curing
After plastering is done, leave until the surface becomes dry and do curing 2 times a day for the next 3 days in normal weather conditions. In case of abnormal weather curing is to be done for 5 – 7 days.

Application Methodology
It is recommended that the floor be marked off into bays of the known area. Sufficient material should be laid out to meet the required spread rates. Application of Rena Top Hardener can begin when the base concrete has stiffened to the point when light foot traffic leaves an imprint of about 3mm. Any bleed water should by now have evaporated. Renafix Floor Top is applied in two stages.
The first application is made using 50% to 70% of the total material. Rena Top Hardener is evenly broadcast onto the concrete surface. When the material becomes uniformly dark by the absorption of moisture from the concrete this first application can be floated. Wooden floats or, on large areas, the power trowel with disc may be used. It is important, however, that the surface is not overworked.
Immediately after floating, the remaining Rena Top Hardener is sprinkled evenly over the surface. Again moisture is absorbed and the surface can be floated in the same way as before. Final finishing of the floor using a power trowel can be carried out when the floor has stiffened sufficiently so that damage will not be caused.

Application Methodology
( A ) Wall Putty Mixing
- Mix till it attains a consistent & uniform workable paste.
- Make a mix of the paste that can be used within 2-3 hours.
( B ) Method of Application
- Clean and pre-wet the wall/plaster surface before applying Wall Putty.
- Application of wall putty without filling cracks will lead to flaking.
- Apply the first coat starting from the bottom to upward direction with a putty blade.
- Maintain a maximum thickness of 1.5mm for 2 coats.
- Wait for a minimum of 3 hours.
- As the first coat dries up, clean the surface with a dry cloth.
- Apply the second coat from the top to a downward direction with a putty blade.
- Wait for 12 hours.
- Clean the surface with a fine emery paper before applying paint.
- Apply the paint once the surface becomes touch dry.
